1. Service Coverage
Membership benefits are available within Auckland city limits only.
Services outside Auckland will incur additional charges.
2. What’s Included
Flat Tyre Assistance – Spare tyre fitting or mobile tyre replacement using our van (tyre cost extra).
Battery Jumpstart – Restarting your car when the battery is flat.
Emergency Fuel Delivery – Up to 5L delivered (fuel charged at cost).
Mobile Tyre Fitting – On-site tyre replacement, fitting, and balancing (by booking or emergency).
Callouts Included – 6 per year with each plan. Extra callouts at standard rates.
3. What’s Not Included
Cost of tyres, fuel, or batteries.
Accident recovery, towing, or mechanical repairs.
Pre-existing issues before membership activation.
Unregistered, unroadworthy, or motorsport vehicles.
4. Membership Activation
Membership is active 48 hours after purchase.
Cover applies to unexpected emergencies only, not planned work.
5. Fair Use
Membership is for private vehicle owners only.
Excessive, unreasonable, or abusive use may lead to cancellation.
6. Liability
Genex Auto will provide assistance with reasonable skill and care.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
